Museum Passes

The Goleta Valley Library and MOXI: The Wolf Museum of Exploration and Innovation have partnered to provide Goleta Valley Library cardholders with the opportunity to visit MOXI for free!

The Library and MOXI have a shared vision of bringing STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) programming to the area’s youth, sparking their imaginations and leading them toward more thoughtful exploration of the world around them.

To help bring this vision to life, the library has added three MOXI Family Passes to our collection for you to borrow with your library card for one week. You can use the pass at any time during the week that you have it. The pass cannot be renewed. The pass allows a family of 5 to visit MOXI for free. The passes may only be checked out on an adult’s Goleta Valley Library card.

State Parks Passes

The Goleta and Santa Ynez Valley Libraries are pleased to offer California State Library Parks Passes to patrons. The pass allows free vehicle day use entry at more than 200 participating state park units.

Library cardholders are able to check out the pass for three weeks, then return the pass to the library for others to use. The pass is valid for entry of one passenger vehicle with capacity of nine people or less or one highway licensed motorcycle at participating state park units.
