The Library Division is part of the City of Goleta's Neighborhood Services Department. On May 28, 2024, the City Council adopted the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Annual Work Program for Neighborhood Services (including the Goleta & Santa Ynez Valley Libraries). An Annual Work Program serves to define work priorities and communicate progress on existing work commitments. Sharing an Annual Work Program allows the City Council to recognize workloads and staffing levels and set work priorities.
