Goleta Valley Library will be closing at 5:00 p.m. tomorrow, Tuesday, October 22nd due to a planned power outage as Southern California Edison performs routine maintenance on the electrical equipment in the area of the library. Power is scheduled to be turned off at 5:00 p.m. on Oct. 22nd and restored at 5:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 23rd.
